Sensone is situated in the Apennine national park and is perhaps one of the best walking venues on the planet!

A fabulous centuries old Chestnut farm, situated high in the Tuscan mountains - where all other walking tours finish rather than start!

From our property you can walk over 1000's of sq kilometers of marked mountain walks and explore some of the most beautiful countryside that Tuscany has to offer - without ever crossing a road!

Our guided walking tours are fully inclusive of all accommodation and meals, difficulty can be easy, moderate to downright challenging - its all out there!

From our location you can walk the Marine Apuane or the inland Apennine mountain range. Walk to little hidden Tuscan villages, find mountain lakes and fine food - everywhere is packed with character and the holiday is guaranteed to be an amazing experience. Wild boar roam the woods, fireflies dance in the trees and the high mountain is just an amazing place - all totally accessible from Sensone.

Sensone is located at 940 metres in 100 acres of Chestnut forest, we eat outside, live outside and nothing comes close to relaxing in the hot tub, while listening to the wildlife, watching the shooting stars whilst holding a glass of the local wine!

The holiday is based on seven nights full board accomodation (6 days of walking) - bed, breakfast. lunch and evening meal.

All meals are home cooked Tuscan fare - but we also have two evenings included at a local restaurant!

Accommodation is in double or triple rooms (there are discounts for sharing rooms) and we limit the occupancy to eight people so as to encourage the social aspect of the holiday.

The price includes all escorted tours and also escorted transfers from Pisa Airport.
