We have our own trails with steep and deep terrain, plus we have direct access to 100's of Kilometers of Mountain Trails - all there waiting to be explored!

Bring your own MTB or hire from us, so why not mix your next bike Holiday exploring the wilds of Tuscany.

We can supply a guide or just give you the routes.

Why not mix a winter trip with some skiing at our great local ski resorts!

The trails around the property are largely through chestnut forest and are gained via our access track, most are steep and great as a warm up!
The mountain trails are accessed via the forest road above Sensone, with direct access to many trails above 1500m altitude.

On winter days with heavy snow (above 1200m) we have lots of trails down to Barga and beyond into the Garfagnana valley.
