Counselling Services

We are a husband and wife team and between us there isn’t a lot that we have not been through (we often joke that we have a Degree in Life), so we listen with empathy, compassion, love and insight into life’s difficult to handle situations, there is no judgement as we are likely to have been there.

We offer a remote counselling service with the use of Skype (Worldwide), telephone, email or text as we know that sometimes it is not easy to make that first step into a counsellor’s office and as such this is also reflected in our fees of £10 for 30 minutes one to one counselling.

We use both cognitive and psychic insights to help you overcome the challenges and obstacles that so often sweeps the ground from underneath you, we understand, we know all the feelings that surround the challenges that you face each day:

Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Bereavement in particular the loss of a child, Loss, Stress, Life Crisis, Sex, Marriage Guidance, Relationship Issues, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse (past or present), Anger Management. Work Related Problems: Business Failure, Employment Issues, Financial Challenges, Business Plans.

We recommend the use of Skype for our consultations, as it is free and very effctive.

Confidentiality:
We aim to make your counselling session as easy and relaxing as possible, we will endeavour to create a safe, secure and confidential environment enabling openness and ease of disclosure of what can be delicate, sensitive and often painful issues. Confidentiality is taken very seriously by professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists; everything that is discussed is kept in the strictest confidence.
To make an appointment, in the first instance, please drop us an email or text, with your name and contact details, they go straight to our telephones and we will respond as soon as we can. We guarantee to get back to you within 3 hours (unless the details are received between 9pm and 7.30am).
