Arrival

You can come by car, by train, or by plane and why not let us take the strain by using our airport pick up service. If you are flying into Pisa, we can arrange a pick up from the airport and take away the stress of trying to find your way to our retreat - a great way to start a holiday!

We suggest that Pisa is an excellent arrival airport, however Genova, Bologna and Florence are options well served from the UK, Europe and also East Coast USA.
For budget flights try Ryanair.com, Jet2 and Easyjet or BA for a choice of service.

We can arrange a pick up service from Pisa airport at a flat rate collect and return service of £70 each way (note - this is included in our special weeks). This allows a rapid transit to Sensone and minimal time waiting for transportation.

If you prefer to make your own way to the Retreat, we suggest taxi (around 90 euro each way) or take the train from Pisa centrale to Fornaci di Barga (around 10 euro). We can arrange a pick up service from the station.

If you would like to be completely independant and tour some of the wonderful attractions, why not hire a car from Pisa airport.

It is very possible to drive from the UK, transit time taking around 18 hours from the channel ports.

We would prefer that you arrive between 9.00am and 5.00pm, however we can accommodate any arrival time - so don't worry!
